The RUKO drill bit is a tool designed to deliver high standard performance in conventional drilling operations, made of high-speed steel (HSS), ensuring high resistance and durability even under demanding conditions. With a total length of 180 mm and a diameter of 31.50 mm, this twist drill features a Morse taper that facilitates mounting on industrial drilling machines. Its geometry includes a 118º cutting angle and a spiral angle between 20 and 30º, parameters that ensure efficient penetration and smooth feed in solid materials. The drill bit has a diameter tolerance of h8, providing dimensional accuracy and consistent hole finishing. Its bright surface and right-hand cut help reduce friction and improve chip evacuation. It is especially suitable for drilling various metallic materials, including alloyed and non-alloyed steel and cast steel, with strengths up to approximately 900 N/mm², as well as grey, malleable, nodular, and pressure cast iron, sintered iron, alpaca, graphite-containing metals, and various aluminum, bronze, and brass alloys. Manufactured in China under the RUKO brand, it guarantees a product that meets cutting tool quality standards. It is delivered in a translucent plastic case with a blue label, facilitating storage and transport.
